Message	mistake to ask for opinions here- especially since you aren't a newb, you aren't new to the Z, and it sounds like you have done your homework and are in the know. It often takes an outside look to set your mind straight- but that doesn't mean that we know your situation better than you do...just keep in mind you did ask for opinions by posting. My worry was that you had TT/new car fever (nothing wrong with that mind you), and I would hate to see another person make a big mistake. I'm all about saving ailing Z32s out there, I've seen some around here and they make me sick that they are actually being driven- my concern was that you were expecting this to be a 1 for 1 trade for you DD right out the starting gate. If your mind is made up, I wish you the best of luck, and keep us posted.
